Self Leveling

Self-Leveling in Flooring Construction refers to a process where a special cementitious or polymer-modified compound is poured onto a substrate (usually concrete) to create a smooth, flat, and even surface. This compound spreads and levels itself without much manual troweling—gravity and its fluid consistency do the work.

It’s commonly used before installing vinyl, carpet, wood, tile, or epoxy flooring, especially when the base surface is uneven, cracked, or rough.

Fast application and quick drying—some compounds are walkable in 4–24 hours.
